The Coach

I'm Antrell. And I built this for you.

35 years old. Husband. Coach. Built Tri-Me Health & Fitness because I wanted to spend my life helping people fight for themselves again.

My Story

Why I do this.

I grew up watching people I love struggle with their bodies, their food, their reflection in the mirror. Not because they were lazy. Not because they didn't care. Because nobody ever stood in their corner and said, "I see you, I believe in you, and we're doing this together."

That's the gap I built Tri-Me Health & Fitness to fill.

I became a trainer to help someone change their life and their habits. But more than that, I became a coach to bring peace to a client with the way they feel about themselves on a daily basis. I truly want to help my clients build themselves up — mentally and physically. The dumbbells are just the tool.

My dream client isn't the easiest one. It's someone who challenges me. Someone who believes in me as much as I believe in them. We push each other. We get uncomfortable. And then we get free.

What I refuse to do.

  • I don't sell quick fixes. Real change takes 3–6 months minimum, and I'll tell you that on day one.
  • I don't shame anyone for where they're starting. Day one is sacred.
  • I don't copy-paste programs. If your plan looks like another client's plan, I haven't done my job.
  • I don't disappear. You will hear from me weekly. That's the whole job.

Who I'm for.

You. Whether you're 11 or 90. Whether you've never picked up a dumbbell or you've been competing for a decade. Whether you're trying to lose your first 10 pounds or build your first hundred pounds of muscle. If you're showing up to fight for yourself, I'm showing up with you.

And just so we're clear — Tri-Me is for every body. Every gender. Every story. Married into the LGBTQ community myself, my coaching is built on one rule: if you respect the work, the work respects you back.
